OFFER TERMS

This cash back offer is valid for the purchase of a qualifying Starbucks® Single Serve Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverage (6.5oz–15oz) and a hot food item purchased in a single transaction at a participating retailer. Full list of participating retailers can be found at starbucks.gotoaisle.com/rtd. Participants may earn up to three (3) sequential cash back rewards across three qualifying purchases during the Program Period.

Campaign Duration

The cash back offer runs from 7/30/2026 to 11/30/2026 (the “Program Period”). To be eligible for the cash back offer, purchases must be made during the Program Period. The deadline for cash back offer submissions is 11/30/2026.

Purchase Requirements

Each qualifying submission must include one (1) Starbucks® Single Serve RTD beverage (6.5oz–15oz) and one (1) hot food item purchased together in the same transaction at a participating location. Only one (1) receipt submission is permitted per qualifying transaction. Each receipt must clearly show the purchase of both a Starbucks® RTD beverage and a hot food item, with the product names, retailer, and purchase date visible. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any submission where proof of purchase is not clearly identifiable.

Sequential Offer Structure

Participants who submit qualifying receipts will receive sequential cash back rewards up to a maximum of $4.00 total per purchaser during the Program Period. Participants are eligible for up to three (3) qualifying cash back claims per purchaser throughout the Program Period.

Submission Process and Limitations

Participants may enter this program through one of the following portals: (1) scanning the QR code at a participating point-of-sale location; (2) visiting the program landing page directly via a shared link; or (3) through the Aisle community app for users who have opted in. Participation is subject to Aisle's Privacy Policy (discover.gotoaisle.com/platform-privacy-policy) and Terms of Service (discover.gotoaisle.com/terms-of-service).

All cash back offer requests must be submitted by 11/30/2026. Cash back offers will be paid via PayPal, Inc. or Venmo, Inc.

Additional Terms

Participants must submit a photo of their receipt via SMS to the program number provided at the time of sign-up. Submissions must be made no later than 11/30/2026. Message and data rates may apply. Offer valid only for purchases made at participating retailer locations in the United States. Void where prohibited. This offer may not be combined with other offers. The use of multiple phone numbers or email addresses to obtain additional rebates is prohibited. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution. Employees of Pepsi-Cola Company (the “Sponsor”) and its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and distributors are not eligible. Requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected submissions.

Rewards and Program Modification

Rewards consist of cash back payments issued via Venmo or PayPal within 24-48 hours of receipt verification. Rewards earned through this cash back offer are non-transferable. Sponsor retains the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time. Sponsor may modify and amend these Offer Terms as they appear online from time to time during the Program Period for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the offer.

Furthermore, Sponsor can revoke your participation in any campaign at its discretion, without needing to provide a specific reason.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the cash back offer process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the offer if it cannot run as planned due to factors beyond Sponsor's control.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunctions or other problems related to the offer, and any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PEPSICO, INC., ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND IF APPLICABLE, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS CASH BACK OFFER. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, and not through class action.
